RM 350 South West Proms

This summer the Royal Marines will be celebrating their 350th anniversary.

The RM350 South West Proms will be hosted by Plymouth Albion Rugby Football Club (RFC) from Wednesday 16th to Saturday 19th July. The event agreement has been signed by both organisations and tickets for the high profile public event are now on sale.

We have been selected as one of their beneficiaries of the celebrations alongside the Royal Navy and Royal Marines charity.

The planned programme is now being released and the gates will open for ticket holders at 5:30pm each day for five hours of fantastic performances. With military precision and flair, the celebration will capture the sense of occasion the Royal Marines are renowned for. The stadium will be abuzz with music and parades courtesy of over a hundred world class performers. The Band of Her Majesty Royal Marines will lead each night’s proceedings, with support from local bands and impressive military displays from the Commando Recruiting Team. Looking to the sky, there will be a dramatic Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm historical flypast and a firework display.

It will be a ticket only event, with tickets now on sale and available to the public – they’re selling fast, so don’t delay! The modest ticket prices have been purposefully set to make the occasion as accessible to the local community as possible, with a 25% discount being given to all Plymouth residents and Royal Marines, serving and retired.
