Plymouth Drake Foundation awarded the Oasis Project £100 towards a training course in Food Safety Teaching.
The outcome of this training was:
1. Learnt about new legislation that will come into effect in December 2014 which will effect anyone who serves food to the public.
2. The Oasis Project volunteer has become qualified in her role as a Food Safety teacher to help prepare other local groups for these changes.
3. 6 local groups have been maintained and will be ready for the changes and a continued advisory role will be provided.
We received feedback from the Oasis Project and the document was finished with a lovely comment "I think that this is how Plymouth Drake Foundation best serves it's community, thank you again for the support".
