(18+) Do you like planning events? Can you help a Plymouth Charity to create exciting events that will become part of the cities yearly events calendar? If so, please get in contact so we can tell you more about our exciting plans for 2015! We are looking for people who can support the development of events and can help us to implement and deliver them in 2015. This voluntary role will be part-time and the time required per week will differ depending on our events schedule so flexibility with availability would be preferred.

We are a local community charity, covering Plymouth. We support voluntary and community groups by providing grants to help their cause. We are aiming to launch two new grant funds in Plymouth in 2015 and are planning fundraising events where donations we receive will be used to fund the new grants programme. This will benefit charity and community projects in Plymouth. We work with donors in the development of funds and work with community and voluntary organisations in the allocation of grants.

A volunteer would need to be enthusiastic about planning and delivering events. Have the ability to manage events and be able to communicate effectively and respond to deadlines. 

Most of all, volunteers should enjoy working with a charity and be passionate about helping Plymouth's communities
